Hey there! Thanks for taking an interest in my commissions! Here are a few things to keep in mind when working with me:• Before I start working on your project, I will request at least 50% of the payment upfront, with the remaining amount due upon completion. My preferred payment method is PayPal.• To ensure we have an efficient workflow, it's best if you provide as many references as possible or a detailed description of what you'd like.• Please note that cancellation won't be possible if I have already completed the commission.• If I have already started working on your commission and you decide to cancel it, the refund may be a maximum of 25 to 50 percent of the total value, depending on the progress made in it.• I'm happy to make up to three changes to the project, but any additional modifications will incur an extra charge. Also, please note that changes requested after the commission was accepted and delivered will require additional payment.• Once I finish your commission, I'll send you the files via email.• Typically, it takes me around two-three weeks to complete a request after I've started working on it. If you'd like to know your position on the line, you can check out my waitlist!• Finally, please note that reselling my art/graphics is not allowed.
